Sian Jenkins is a Family Solicitor in the Family Law department at Jefferies, specialising in Children law disputes.
Sian qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 after completing her Law Degree at the University of Aberystwyth, and thereafter completing her LPC at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford, and decided to specialise in Family Law among other Family Law Solicitors.
In Work
Sian joined Jefferies in May 2021 and specialises in Children Law disputes, representing parties in private and public law proceedings. She was accredited on the Law Society’s Children Panel in 2014 after demonstrating her expertise and abilities in this area.
Sian regularly attends the County and Magistrates Courts to represent parents, children (through CAFCASS Guardian’s and directly) and other family members in a wide range of disputes including private law proceedings, care proceedings, adoption applications, and cases involving domestic abuse.
She takes pride in her attention to detail and ability to sensitively handle the cases which come before her, to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
Outside Work
In her spare time, Sian enjoys sports and is a member of a local netball team. She is a keen(ish) runner and has joined the Jefferies Solicitors Essex running club since working at the firm.
