Jacob graduated from Keele University with a First Class Honours in Law with Criminology in 2019. Having starting the Solicitors Qualification Exam (SQE) in July 2023, he has recently completed SQE 1 and is set to qualify as a solicitor in October 2025.
In work overview
Having gained 4 years as a litigation executive/dispute resolution advocate in consumer credit litigation in Staffordshire, Jacob returned home to Essex last year and began working for Jefferies in September 2024 as a paralegal in the litigation department. After qualifying as a solicitor, Jacob hopes to gain his Higher Rights of Audience to become a Solicitor advocate.
Outside work overview
Jacob is an avid foodie, whether eating or cooking; and enjoys travelling when he can, sampling the cultures around the world (mainly their cuisines).
