Background

Brooke studied Law with American Law at the University of East Anglia, spending her third year abroad studying at the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, Kentucky. She completed her Legal Practice Course with Distinction at the University of Law, Bloomsbury, London. Brooke joined the firm as a Trainee in July 2014 and qualified into our Family Department in July 2016.

In Work

Since qualifying, Brooke has specialised in children matters including disputes between parents and cases where the Local Authority are involved.

Brooke is also the point of contact for a number of local domestic violence charities and offers advice and representation in relation to injunction proceedings for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.

Brooke really enjoys taking on a case and seeing it through to its conclusion, often undertaking advocacy and attending Court to represent her clients offering them support from the start to finish of their case. She is known for her robust and straightforward advice as well as her attention to detail and client focussed approach.

Outside Work

When not at work, Brooke enjoys nothing more than a good film or book and a glass of wine.

Brooke is also a keen motorcyclist, currently owning 4 motorcycles and having been a trainee instructor before embarking on her legal career. She is a member of the Excalibur Motorcycle Club attending weekend rallies and events both around the UK and in the Netherlands.
