Are you receiving the advice and treatment you are entitled to from your G.P?

Posted on May 26, 2016

The Evening Echo recently published the results of the latest G.P. Patient Survey. Whilst it is promising to see that a number of practices are excelling in their field – it is concerning that some are still failing to meet the standards required for the quick and safe treatment of patients. These failures include anything from failures to diagnosis to the mismanagement of patient and failures to prescribe the correct medication. Jefferies are currently pursuing several claims against G.P.’s in the South East. If you feel that your G.P. practice has failed in their duty of care to you, and as such you have suffered harm, please do not hesitate to contact our clinical negligence team who will be happy to discuss the merits of your claim. Contact Sarah Mitchell or Ben Ho on 01702 443472.
