Ben originally joined Jefferies in 2013, where he trained under Sarah Mitchell before qualifying in 2016. During this time, he demonstrated a high level of skill in handling personal injury matters and displayed expertise in complex medical negligence claims, including delayed diagnosis, birth injuries, and misdiagnosis cases.
In Work
Following roles at both regional and international law firms, Ben returned to Jefferies as an Associate to again work alongside Managing Partner Sarah Mitchell and to assist with the development of the growing department. He is an accredited APIL Senior Litigator, a personal accreditation for solicitors who meet rigorous criteria and possess the requisite experience across various areas of personal injury and clinical negligence work, demonstrating his ability to handle intricate, high-value cases effectively.
Outside Work
Outside the office, Ben is an avid car enthusiast with a keen interest in automotive mechanics. He attends several track days each year in his personal car and is in the process of restoring a classic BMW.
